Many Amsterdam venues have fixed times for setup and teardown, and house rules of their own. Send us the arrangements with your venue and we plan the setup around them, so the styling is ready when the doors open.

In busy streets and the city centre a loading spot is not a given. Tell us where we can stop, whether there is a loading door or lift, and which floor the party is on.
Some venues do not allow real candles or fixings on the walls. We then choose an alternative together, such as LED candles and free-standing panels, so the atmosphere stays and the venue is happy.
Yes, to every district and the surrounding municipalities. Travel costs depend on the distance from Almere and are listed in your proposal in advance.
Mention the setup times in your request. A backdrop or luxury styling often fits into a short setup window; if it is too tight for what you have in mind, we will tell you honestly and suggest a smaller setup.
For a backdrop a few weeks ahead is usually enough. For luxury styling or a full venue we recommend two to three months, especially in wedding season. Feel free to ask whether your date is still available.
Yes. We deliver everything, set it up before your guests arrive and clear it away afterwards. You do not have to carry a thing.
Absolutely. Tents, tables, chairs, food warmers and drinks come from our own range, so you arrange everything in one go with a single point of contact.
